This is from a workshop demo in 2012 at Old Hunstanton, Norfolk. I was taken by the repetition of triangles, rectangles and thick grasses amongst the sand dunes. These beach huts litter this part of the coast, and holiday-makers enjoy a wonderful location of sea, sand and sun in the summer months. Notice the bottom half of the painting is in warm shadow, throwing up the two figures next to the lightest part of the painti
